The 36mm Rolex Datejust is arguably the most versatile watch ever created, this example with factory diamond dial from 1988 with reference 16234 is no exception. The automatic cal. 3135 movement was recently serviced and is running great. The case is polished only very lightly and has nice sharp edges, and even brushing on the lugs. The serial- and case number are clearly readable. The jubilee bracelet is also in great condition and has only very little stretch. The white gold fluted bezel is sharp and in great shape keeping the scratch resistant sapphire crystal in place, protecting the stunning factory diamond set silver dial with white gold hour markers. The dial developed a very nice warm patina over the years. It comes complete with box and papers.

The warranty includes the functioning of the watch including the functioning of any present complications. Each watch is in properly working condition and is carefully checked and/or serviced by our professional team before shipment. Please keep in mind that vintage watches need to be treated with reasonable care by their owners.
Excluded from the warranty are: water damage, turn and push buttons, crystal, watch strap and clasp. Improper use or damage caused by the owner or third parties are not covered by our warranty.
All warranty claims must be directly reported to Timeless Vintage Watches. The warranty will be void if a third party worked on or opened the watch.
The warranty is non transferable and only valid to the original purchaser. With every claim the invoice or invoice number must be presented. Repairs without a valid invoice are also possible but will be made at your costs.
